London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Jen & Blake's Goderich Winter Engagement Session
I love engagement sessions because the sky is the limit in terms of where and what. We could be out in the woods, downtown, by the water, doing your favourite activity, you name it. Jen and Blake's engagement session in Goderich awhile back was extra fun because it combined so many of my favourite location ideas - a rustic barn? Check! A charming cafe? Check! A beautiful bridge? Check! Photos on the beach? Check! It was freezing cold, but we didn't let that stop us from checking off all of the amazing locations that Jen and Bake had planned, and we had a blast capturing these two together before their big day. Here are some favourites from their Winter engagement session! What's your favourite location we used? Tell me in the comments! :)
London Ontario Engagement Photographer | Shannon & Matt's Train Bridge Engagement
I loved hanging out with Shannon and Matt for their engagement session. I've now had the pleasure of photographing their wedding and even a family session since, but this was their first time in front of my lens. Here are a few favourites from their Autumn shoot at the train bridge.
London Ontario Engagement Photographer | Chelsea & Steve's Sunny Fall Engagement
Nothing like a warm, sunny day in Autumn. The weather couldn't have been better for Chelsea and Steve's engagement session in Springbank Park. Here are a few highlights!
London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Ashlee & Ross' Fernwood Hills Engagement Session
The sun couldn't have shone brighter for Ross and Ashlee's engagement session at Fernwood Hills. They brought their beautiful dog Wynnie along for the ride, and the four of us had a blast chasing the sun around the beautiful Fernwood Hills property. Here are some favourites from their e-session!
London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Chris & Christy's Downtown Engagement
We kicked off Chris and Christy's downtown engagement in their charming backyard at the start of golden hour before heading out to explore the alleys, brick walls and eclectic nooks that make downtown London, ON such a fun spot for engagement photos. Here are a few favourites from their shoot.
London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Emily & Mike's Fall Engagement
Emily and Mike first connected through local theatre, and it is on stage that Mike proposed. It was only fitting, then, to return to their beloved theatre in Woodstock for a few engagement photos before heading out to the woods to take advantage of the beautiful colours and golden hour light. These two have such a fun energy, with smiles that light up the room. Here are a few favourites from their Fall engagement session.
London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Kiarash & Kasia's Campus Engagement
Last Fall I had the pleasure of meeting Kasia and Kiarash and photographing their beautiful engagement session on the Western University campus. Kasia came prepared with everything needed for a romantic picnic, and we had fun shooting some styled portraits in addition to the more natural captures that make up most of my sessions. Here are some of my favourites!
London Ontario Family Photographer | Christmas Tree Farm Minis
As I prepare to book this year's tree farm minis, I thought it would be the perfect time to reminisce about last year's event. What a wonderful day I had photographing families in their furs and plaids against the beautiful backdrop of Pedde Tree Farm, where my own family cuts a tree down every year. Here are some favourites!
London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Brian & Regina's Western University Engagement
6 years ago, Brian and Regina, both from Singapore, met at Western University during an exchange. Last Summer, they traveled back from Singapore to where it all began, their beloved UWO campus, to have their engagement photos taken. What an unbelievable honour it was to be chosen to photograph this very meaningful session for them. I wish them nothing but the best on their journey together!
London Ontario Photographer | Port Stanley Beach Minis
I have been excited to blog these for so long! Booking for this year's beach minis goes out to the advance notice list tomorrow morning, so today felt like the perfect day to reminisce about these glorious, sun-soaked beach sessions. I absolutely love photographing families and couples on the beach. There's nothing like the setting sun glistening on the water to create the most magical background, and of course the waves just beg to be played and splashed in, so it's the perfect spot to photograph some fun, candid interactions. Here are some favourites from last year's beach minis!
