London Ontario Maternity Photographer | Greenhouse + Snowy Winter Maternity Session

This session is making me nostalgic for Winter sessions as I await the go-ahead to start shooting again. This maternity session was split between a sun-soaked greenhouse and a snow covered forest, which provided lots of variety, not to mention a break from the cold! Jennifer wore her beautiful gown for the outdoor portion of the session and didn’t complain once about the cold (and it was COLD) - what a rockstar! Here are some favourites.

London Ontario Wedding Photographer | M & R West Haven Wedding

I absolutely loved getting to know Rob & Michelle and documenting their gorgeous wedding at West Haven Golf. They were such a joy to work with, and I have such fond memories from this beautiful day. It was so much fun to look back through these images - here are some favourites!

Big thanks to Saleme Fayad - my second shooter & assistant for this day. (Thanks for driving our golf cart and lending our beautiful bride her jacket when we got caught in the rain!)

London Ontario Maternity Photographer | Woodsy Fall Maternity Session

This was my first session with Melissa and Michael, shooting on their beautiful property. After their maternity session, we went on to photograph a hospital newborn mini, an in-home newborn lifestyle session, and multiple family minis. It’s so wonderful to get to work with clients over the years and document those special life milestones. Here are some favourites from their woodsy Fall maternity session.

London Ontario Wedding Photographer | C & R Chilly Stratford Engagement Session

I always love heading to Stratford for an engagement session - in any season. This session took place on a chilly November day, but Cassandra and Rick stayed warm and cozy as we strolled by the river and popped into Balzacs for a hot drink. Here are a few favourites!

London Ontario Wedding Photographer | K & A Windy Goderich Engagement Session

After rescheduling their previous session due to rain and inching closer to Winter with each passing day, Karli and Aaron decided to go for it when their next engagement session date turned out to be a wet, gloomy and freezing cold day. Always up for an adventure, I joined them in Goderich and we braved the crashing waves and wind gusts together. These two are so much fun to work with, and despite the freezing temperature, they were all smiles, laughter and love. Here are some favourites!

London Ontario Family Photographer | Fall Extended Family Session

After several family mini sessions and even a newborn session with this gorgeous family, it was so great to see them again for a 3-generation extended family session surrounded by beautiful Fall colours. Here are some favourites!

London Ontario Family Photographer - Woodsy Extended Family Session

I absolutely loved this extended family session. My favourite part? Ring Around The Rosy with Grandma and Grandpa! I’m so glad we captured so many fun candid and playful moments in addition to the many different posed groupings. Here are some favourites!

London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Kristyn & Younan's St Peter's & Old Courthouse Wedding

This was such a beautiful day. Kristyn and Younan said I Do at the beautiful St-Peter’s Cathedral Basilica in downtown London before heading to Gibbon’s Park for photos among the gorgeous Fall foliage and ending their day at the Old Courthouse for their reception. My favourite thing about this day was the genuine warmth and love that flowed from Younan and Kristyn - for each other, for their families, for their wedding party and for all of their guests. Both of their smiles light of a room, and they smiled all day long. I absolutely loved working with this beautiful couple - here are some favourites from their wedding day!

Venues: St Peter’s Cathedral Basilica, The Old Courthouse

Florals: Grow & Bloom

Second Shooter/Assistant: Saleme Fayad

London Ontario Family Photographer | Playful Beach Extended Family Session

Extended Family sessions tend to come with a list of important groupings and must-haves - after all, how often does everyone get together in coordinated outfits with the sole purpose of documenting family memories? We make it count and get every combination that is meaningful, including individual photos of the kiddos and mini family sessions for each individual unit in addition to the large family groupings. The challenge can sometimes be to find those playful, affectionate, candid moments throughout the session as we go down the list of must-have photos (it’s a bit more structured and regimented than an individual family session where we go with the flow more), but this family came to have fun. I absolutely LOVE the playful, hilarious photos we captured as they not only ran in the water together, but pushed each other in. It was a survival of the fittest situation, and it was so.much.fun. Let’s be honest, family sessions can be stressful (outfits, hair, getting there on time, kids arguing, weather uncertainty, all that pressure to get the photos you’ve been planning (and sometimes saving) for), but this session shows how amazing it can be when you let fun memories, too. Scroll to the end for the FUN! :)
